YOU MUST STAY AWARE OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS AT ALL TIMES. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH.

Running and outdoor exercise involve significant risks including:

• Motor vehicle accidents and pedestrian hazards
• Weather-related dangers (heat exhaustion, hypothermia, lightning)
• Terrain hazards (uneven surfaces, falling, tripping)
• Wildlife encounters and environmental dangers
• Medical emergencies (heart attacks, dehydration, injuries)
• Getting lost or disoriented in unfamiliar areas

2.2 STRICT USAGE RESTRICTIONS

YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY STOP USING THE APP IF:

• It causes any distraction or reduces your awareness
• You experience dizziness, fatigue, or physical discomfort
• Weather conditions become dangerous or severe
• You need to focus on navigation, traffic, or safety concerns
• You are operating any vehicle or machinery
• You are in hazardous environments or conditions
• Your device battery is critically low
• GPS signal is lost or unreliable

2.3 GPS AND TECHNICAL LIMITATIONS

GPS tracking has inherent limitations:

• Accuracy varies by device, location, and environmental conditions
• Signal loss can occur in buildings, tunnels, dense forests, or bad weather
• Battery consumption increases during GPS usage
• Technical failures may result in incomplete or inaccurate data
• The app cannot guarantee route accuracy, safety, or reliability

2.4 MEDICAL AND FITNESS DISCLAIMER

The App is not medical advice or a medical device.

• Consult a physician before starting any exercise program

3. APP FUNCTIONALITY AND FEATURES

• Achievement system and progress tracking
• Community challenges and leaderboards
• Social features and team challenges

3.2 Location Services

The app requires location permissions for core functionality:

• Route recording and distance calculation
• Speed and pace measurements
• Community challenge matching

4. USER CONDUCT AND RESPONSIBILITIES

4.1 Safety Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Your personal safety and awareness
• Choosing appropriate running locations and conditions
• Monitoring weather and environmental conditions
• Carrying appropriate safety equipment (phone, water, identification)
• Having emergency contacts and medical information available

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the app while operating vehicles or machinery
• Allow the app to distract you from safety awareness
• Falsify workout data or achievement progress
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise the app
• Share account credentials with others
• Use the app for any unlawful or harmful purpose

4.3 Community Standards

When using social features:

• Respect other users' privacy and safety
• Report unsafe behavior or dangerous locations
• Use appropriate language and content
• Follow community guidelines and best practices

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
